Steve is passionate about helping businesses and their leaders realise their potential and improve team performance, Steve is committed to sharing and exploring all areas of organisational transformation, growth, and development.
My Story
Steve spent 20 years in financial services, starting in retail branches then moving into SME and start-up funding in the square mile before specialising in global corporate banking. Rapidly graduating to global corporate consultancy and coaching, he expanded his skill base by helping establish a new transaction banking division within Lloyds Banking Group. Through more than 10,000 hours with clients and 10,000 hours with colleagues, he realised that Corporate Smarts are never taught to people. There is a huge need to help corporate employees to develop personally which enables growth professionally.
Steve's purpose and mission is to help people level up by as little as 1%, because tiny changes can lead to huge results.
