CLIENT COVERAGE ACADEMY
MSCI created and implemented an international academy partnering with Corporate Smarts!
A bespoke three-month fast track sales program combining formal learning, practical assignments and coaching for new joiners, a Client Coverage Academy training program for existing colleagues developing models, best practices, and self-lead learning modules. Ongoing coaching and counsel for MSCI L&D colleagues.
COMMERCIAL TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Lloyds partnered with Corporate Smarts to invigorate and transform their Commercial division!
A tailored project, working with different teams combining team training, development and coaching, 1-on-1 coaching and speaking events to revitalize, galvanize and inspire action across 700 colleagues. Each intervention meticulously planned, prepared, and executed to deliver the individual and team motivation, energy and action required to thrive through challenging times.
